To insure the quality of service provided during our tournaments, the Tournament Director has appointed Creative Travel Group as the official Hospitality Service for all events. All teams are mandated to book any hotel reservations through Creative Travel Group to insure their place in our tournaments. Any teams that do not comply will be at risk of forfeiting their acceptance.

Creative Travel Group has negotiated DISCOUNTED rates at multiple hotels / motels for each tournament event. By using Creative Travel Group as you’re booking service the Urban Youth Inc. Tournaments can offer our “Act of God” Clause. This states “Should this event should be cancelled for reasons beyond the Event Organizer’s control (including weather), all outstanding reservations will be released at no charge to the participants”
