My name is Mark P. Sills, and Urban Youth, Incorporated has been running basketball tournaments in the tri-state area (PA/NJ/DE) since 1998. I have tournaments for girls and boys in all age groups.

Mission Statement: To provide recreational and educational activities for our youth, to help build their self-esteem and provide a safe haven to help them develop their basketball skills in a structured environment, and then to provide positive activities for our youth to keep them off the streets.

1996 Howard High School Basketball Team
State Championship Game

Howard won the game 67 to 63, defeating Capehenlopen H.S. in overtime.

Howard High School basketball star Decoursey Jamison scored 31 points and grabbed 23 rebounds in leading Howard High School to the  March 11, 1996 Delaware State High School Basketball Championship victory. The game was played at the Carpenter Center on the campus of the University of Delaware.
