
My name is Mark P. Sills, and Urban Youth, Incorporated has been running basketball tournaments in the tri-state area (PA/NJ/DE) since 1998. I have tournaments for girls and boys in all age groups. Mission Statement: To provide recreational and educational activities for our youth, to help build their self-esteem and provide a safe haven to help them develop their basketball skills in a structured environment, and then to provide positive activities for our youth to keep them off the streets.
